Mahnoor Safdar, daughter of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, has tied the knot with Azan Jabbar in a private nikah ceremony.
The ceremony was held at the Sharif family’s Jati Umra residence with close relatives and selected guests attending.
The family kept the wedding ceremony simple and away from a large public celebration.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia reported an attempted Houthi drone attack near the holy city of Makkah.
Saudi air defences intercepted the drone before it entered Makkah’s restricted airspace.
